As a service designer at NRKs technology department, Kathinka is designing a whole new media control centre for TV and radio. NRK is a beloved broadcaster with a storied history, but it can feel rather alien to an outsider: the technology, the language, the different departments are all unique to NRK. And did we mention this kind of control centre has never been built in Norway before? In this talk Kathinka will share insights from working in a cross-disciplinary team and embracing the unknown through iterative design.
